Did you receive an incorrect item? We guarantee that you will receive the item(s) that are on your receipt. If you do not receive all items that you ordered or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. Please follow the return policies below to be sure to receive your refund.
Did you receive a defective item? We guarantee that you will receive the items you ordered in perfect condition. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours so we can get you an undamaged item. Please keep all packaging and paperwork in case they are needed for processing claims.
Need to exchange an item? Simply contact us and let us know that you would like to return an item and then place a new order for the item that you want any time you like.
Need to return an item?:
- You may return an item to us within 21 days of your receipt of the item in it's original condition including packaging (if applicable). Contact us for return authorization and instructions.
- When we receive your return we will refund you via the method that you paid originally. Please note that Shipping charges will not be refunded and you are responsible for return shipping. If you received free shipping, our actual incurred shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Please allow 14 business days to process your refund.
Refused shipments: Refused shipments will be refunded less the original shipping cost. If you received free shipping, our actual incurred shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Notes about returning individual items:
- Easy Walk Harness: If you are having trouble getting your Easy Walk Harness to fit or work properly and would like help with it, please take a look at the tips you received free with your harness (printed guide as well as link to our customer guide on your receipt) or contact us. Most of our customers love the Easy Walk Harness once it is fitted properly, but sometimes it takes a bit of patience to get it just right.
- Antler: If your dog does not want to chew on his antler, please check out our tips.
