WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?

During COVID downtime, the Pet Expertise team has been hard at work updating and upgrading our business so we can service you better.  Part of that process was redesigning our website and moving to a new platform. 

This new website is replacing an outdated platform that was becoming obsolete. It is better in many ways. However, as with any software platform migrations, there are a few hiccups along the way. Please be patient with us as we iron out all the bugs and create a much better shopping experience for you. 

WHAT'S NEW?

The new platform has many great new features. Here are some of them:

• New payment options - You can now pay with a variety of options including ApplePay, PayPal, Shopify Payments and even using Pay Later. 
• Subscription Options - We now offer options to subscribe to some of your favorite products so you can get them delivered on your schedule.
• More secure hosting platform - Automatic version and security updates make this system one of the most secure online shopping platforms on the market. 

LOGIN ISSUES

Even though all account and order history has been successfully migrated, it was not possible to migrate account passwords unfortunately. The good news is that it only takes a few seconds to RE-CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT - just enter your name, email address, and password and you'll be able to access your account right away.
